Landmark and Conversion of former telephone exchange building and Masonic Temple to two luxury townhomes located in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood.

Project included historic landmark of building's exterior and complete interior renovation and seismic retrofit.

New basement was excavated to provide additional living space and parking for both units.

Each unit is two stories over basement, 3300 SF and 2700 SF each with 2 Bedrooms,2.5 Baths, below grade parking and rooftop decks with views to downtown Seattle.

Swauk Creek

New Passive Energy Event Center, Gym and dwelling for private client in remote Eastern Washington.

Structure is 5000 SF with approximately 3000 SF dedicated to Event and Gym Space.

Exterior building shell is separated from interior by double wall and roof construction to eliminate any infiltration and create extremely energy efficient off grid building that is served by a modest solar grid.

New Traditional Single-Family dwelling with Accessory Dwelling Unit located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood.
